BANKING LAW

The Banking Law Commission welcomes all visitors to the website, where you can find information on the commission officers and its past, present and future activities, as well as the publications of and contributions by its members.

The Comission is looking to attract banking lawyers and other professionals within the worldwide banking community to participate in and contribute to the events and projects of the UIA Banking Law Commission, and to share experiences with colleagues, primarily via individual and joint publications.

The Banking Law Commission aims to focus on and address the relevant transactional and regulatory legal matters raised by commercial practice that are of interest to banking lawyers and other professionals involved in banking matters worldwide.
