LAW OF ROBOTICS

The purpose of the Law of Robotics Commission is to study the state of art, artificial intelligence issues, the “subject” or “object” status of the robot under the law, and the rules of traditional and innovative responsibility.

This theme is increasingly relevant given the February 16, 2017 European Parliament Resolution with recommendations to the Commission on Civil Law Rules on Robotics.
