The UIA is a partner of the new Master’s degree in Family Law of the Carlos III University of Madrid, which begins on February 23rd 2018. This 5-month course takes place on the Getafe campus.
Due to globalization and the free movement of persons, this Master’s degree will provide a specialization in International Family Law, which has become a very topical subject.
This Master’s degree will benefit from the interventions of legal professionals who will collaborate on the Diploma and who will bring an eminently practical vision of the daily reality of their law firms. The programme will also benefit from the collaboration of prestigious organisations in this sector such as: ASIME - association of professionals against international child abduction in Spain-, the Euro-American Academy of Family Law and AEAFA - Spanish association of family lawyers-.
At the end of this Master's degree, students should be able to solve all the complex problems arising from international family relations.
This course is open to legal professionals and law students who wish to work in this international sector.
